Welcome to the official website of Imperium TAXI (“we”, “our”). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Service Description
Imperium TAXI provides professional passenger transportation services (taxis and private transfers) in Lucerne, Zurich, and other locations in Switzerland by reservation.
2. Bookings and Confirmations
• Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, email, or by phone.
• A booking is only considered confirmed once officially approved in writing (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
• The client is responsible for providing accurate information (date, time, location, number of passengers).
• Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
3. Cancellations and Changes
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 100% charge.
• In the event of a no-show, the full service amount will be charged.
• Any changes to the booking are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us.
4. Rates and Payments
• Rates are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle requested, and additional services.
• Prices include VAT, fuel, tolls, and driver.
• Night-time surcharges, waiting times, or special requests may incur extra charges.
• We accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, TWINT, and bank transfer (prepaid).
• Credit card payments may include a fee of up to 3.5%.
5. Client Responsibilities and Conduct
• Passengers must behave respectfully during the service.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke, consume alcohol, or use drugs in the vehicle.
• The client will be held liable for damages, excessive dirt, or unsafe behavior that results in cleaning or repair costs.
• Children must be accompanied and declared at the time of booking to ensure proper seating arrangements.
6. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, protests, or other force majeure events.
• We are not liable for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle.
• The driver reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, aggressive, or non-compliant.
7. Service Modifications
• We reserve the right to change rates, available vehicles, schedules, and services without notice.
• Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published on our website and considered accepted upon continued use of the service.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
• Personal data is handled in compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA).
• We will never sell or share your data with third parties without consent, unless legally required.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
• Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Lucerne, unless otherwise stated by law.
